Innovation, few cars and lots of vegetation

Currently some 200 people live in this district, close to the city’s main railway station but this will rise to 15,000 as the Knoop XL project nears completion. Excellent public transport links and plenty of vegetation are key. A green environment relieves stress, but absorbs heat and excess water as well.
