The Cartesius Triangle aims to be one of the healthiest places to live in the country, with energy-neutral housing, no cars and its own railway station. When completed, the 13 hectare site will be home to some 2,400 dwellings, schools, shops and a community centre, housed in one of the former railway buildings.
